Tesco Balance Info

Hi I'm a Newbie on here, and not very technical
My family decided that i should have a GAlaxy Mini keeping me up to date in phone world I have a query if anyone can help i'd be grateful. I am on a pay as you go with Tesco, & after making calls or sending texts the phone would let me know how much my balance i had left on my phone, now for some reason it has stopped doing this, does anyone know how i can get this application back on.Many Thanks.

Click on settings, applications, manage applications. Find the app, click on it. Click clear data and clear cache. That might fix it.

Hi Girlygrandma Believe it or not I had the opposite problem. Tesco would send me the balance after every text or phonecall, I had to phone them to get it stopped. You might have to ring (free) them to reactivate.
However they recently made some changes regarding the way this is done, now if you use *#10# and send from your keypad you will get your free balance and remaining credit displayed. B4 when you used this code all you got was the remaining credit and no free balance.
