The full list of special folders

Hi All,

could someone list all special folder names?

I know "ringtones", "notifications" and "alarms". If media is put into these three folders, it will not be shown in music playlist.

I want to know, is there any special folder for "Contact icons" and for "Wallpapers"

Any folder with a . in front of the name will be hidden from the android system, so if I created a folder .pictures and filled it with pictures or videos, they would not show in the picture program nor any other program on android. Not sure if that's what you are looking for.

The . is linux hiding stuff.

We were asking for folders which has a special behavior based on what they are called. Like putting sounds in "notifications" means you can use them for notifications in the system.
