Root the low down with the rush

i really need the low down on the rush i got it rooted but i cant find a good rom with the free wifi tether if some 1 could direct to the best rom that has all the functions withe the free wifi tether and without the bloat ware ......i tryed the party time rom and didnt like it so if any 1 could direct me to a better one with all the functions ( bluetooth ect....) i would greatly appreciate it thanx
