Hey bro. Any luck getting out of apx mode?
I'm not much help clinging to HC boot loader like a scared child. Haha

Hey bro. Any luck getting out of apx mode?

I'm waiting to hear back from NA... hopefully I found something that should help :)

It's not as scary as it sounds chaning the bootloader... I actually installed WIN7 on my laptop recently, so had to reinstall Android SDK/ADB/Acer drivers/a whole host of other stuff and, when I went for it, boom... it was done in like 10 mins :)

I do completely understand why you may not fancy it though. I changed, as I'm sure that ROM devs will stop supporting the HC bootloader eventually! :)

I'm using Thor's 4.1.2 Tegraowners JB ROM v15 And I'm loving this ROM. Very stable and Smooth. I haven't had any problems and have been running it for a week now...

I almost took it off at first cause it was a little harder to get set up. But once I got it done it is real sweet.

OK maybe I jumped the gun. I see quite a few problems with V17 I'm going to wait for it to clear up. Lots of boot looping and corrupt data.

It has become very silent around here. V20 and some test kernels are out.

I'm on v20 with test kernel 23 and everything is working except gps on my 501.

Velos - Did you do the Full Data Wipe recommended.
I am avoiding Vers 20 Because I don't want to lose all that info.....

I'm since v15 on thors jb rom. Before installing I did a full wipe of my tab without resorting anything.

But for installing v17 and v20 I wiped only battery stats, cache and dalvik cache. Then I formatted flexrom one time and formatted system partition three times. Then I updated the rom and installed test kernel.

When only installing a new kernel I wipe cache, dalvik cache and battery stats.

With these methods I keep the installed apps and user data, and had no problems so far.
