Help Thunderbolt Help - Droid Newbie

Hi everyone! I searched thru this forum and tried some of the stuff but nothing seems to work. First off I am a Droid newbie, been an Iphone user for about 3 years. Got the TB last night and tried to plug it into my pc to sync up my movies music - and got some issues.

I tried to use The TB as a Data Device and then open it on my PC to dump my files in there - but I didn't see a root folder in the Phone.

Next, I tried using HTC Sense to sync, but Sense would not recognise my phone.

I eventually downloaded some Verizon Ap, which worked but it took like 6+ hours to download about 200 songs and 4 movies.

I also tried syncing my contacts from my iphone to the TB but every method I found on the forum didn't seem to work

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I tried to check. Any help would be greatly appreciated

there should be an option to connect as mass storage use that and just drag and drop, music into the music file on the SD card. For movies make a file on the sd card named Movies and do the same thing drag and drop.

Can you get google sync on your iphone? If so, it will back all the contacts up to your gmail account. Thenthey should auto sync to your tuunderbolt as long as ut us using the same gmail account.

I've got essentially the same problem. My PC won't/cant install the android USB driver. I have set the phone to connect as a disk drive, so I can copy pics, music etc from PC to TB. Have downloaded a couple drivers, but they don't solve the problem.
Also new to android....thanks.
