Tmax 9" tablet

I have a Tmax 9" tablet that will not operate. Every time I try to open anything all I get are error messages saying this or that program has stopped working. I can't even open play store. It has 1 gb internal, 7 gb internal sd card and I put in a 8gb external sd card. It also says out of memory. I read a post prior with the same problem and posted but thought I should just post my own to get help. I tried moving the apps to sd card, but it just stops working. I heard that if I reset the unit, I will lose all my data. Will I also lose all the apps I downloaded, including those I purchased? Seems all the apps are taking up memory only in the internal 1gb. Both cards seems to be empty. How do I get some of the mempry to move to the sd card? Help!
