Yes got the update to 5.0.1 will let you know how it goes. Took about 40 minutes total to get it running

632mb is what the indicated file size was. The cards when your scrilling through apps to multi task is nice. Not sure on battery usage yet. Seems to be quite quick not lagging yet.

When will the Note 3 get it and when will it be on kies? Can't download updates over the air since I'm rooted so I have to use kies for my upgrades
