I just ordered two. If 16gb, I will return them, but info suggests correct part number, wrong picture. Part number is what counts :)
 
Just ordered mine and the receipt clearly shows 32g. This came just in time, I was going to pick up a 16g at lunch but now I can wait for this one to arrive.

You should order one if you want one. Then wait for other people on the forum to get theirs if you are worried it won't work. They will confirm if it works or not. You can then return it if turns out it won't work with our Dincs.
 
Thanks OP, great deal. Worst case is that if it doesn't work with the Inc, it will definitely work in my camera.

If for some reason it doesn't work with the Incredible (I'd wait until after Froyo release to be sure) then you could always just sell it. Hell, you could make every penny back or even take advantage of the deal & make some money (FWIT, I don't advocate it), then turn around & buy 2 16GB cards.
 
I am almost positive the 32g will work in the incredible as long as it is formated in FAT32 not NTFS, so you willl need to re-format it on your computer if it comes NTFS.
 
I'm a bit confused at this point. lol I wanted to order one of these and called CS to be sure it was a 32g for $49. She said it is indeed a 32g card for $49, it's a promotional deal type thing. Then she proceeded to tell me that my Dinc only supports up to 16g, so this card would not be compatible. Uhhhh buyer of $600 phone say what? Anywho, to those wanting to make sure it's a 32g not a 16g that your ordering, it is a 32g. Now can anyone clear up the rest for me.
