So it does not have it now.
Right now, I am constantly having "insufficient memory storage" in spite of having penty of room in both internal and app storage. I am getting really tired of this tablet. I will not buy another Toshiba tablet and be their hap hazard customer guinea pig again.
I can not even update a 2mb size app. I have been using Android since the G1, so understand the OS. My tablet is not rooted, so no mess on my part.

I will tell you this, if you're constantly getting OOM errors, you would benefit from rooting.. and if you're interested shoot me a PM and I'll hook you up with some useful links for doing so. =)
