Help Touch Screen not responding

Hello
Nothing special happend to my phone before this, but when i started it up yesterday
and was asked to put in the Sim/Pin code the screen will not response and i cant get through that screen at all.
The keys do work i have tested it out, does anybody have an idea whats the problem and how can i fix it?

I removed the SIM card so there is no password to get in the home page.
But still the screen is not responding at all, its just pressed on the bring up arrow that brings you all the apps that you have in your phone.
Please help
