Root TouchWiz Issue Prevail 2

My rooted Prevail 2 suddenly has the message, TouchWiz home has stopped working, I can no longer get to my home screen or apps can someone help me out with this, PLEASE I need my phone back! Thank you.
 
Do you have cwm? If so you can restore your backup, or reflash the stock rom if you are on virgin
 
If you don't have a backup, and are not on virgin, do your have access to a computer, and are you familiar with adb?
 
I tried several times with cwm and it failed every time to redo the system and then the data files, I tried for a few hours with different attempts and they all failed, I managed to get into my apps and went to titanium backup, I located the touchwiz home file, as I had backed up my phone when I installed titanium backup, I did a restore and it worked perfectly, I now have access to my homescreen and all my apps.
