transfer the internal memory to SD card in note 2

Hi, I have a 16GB note 2 3 months ago and I just found out my internal memory is nearly full and I still have 22gB for my SD card. Could you please tell me how could I tranfer my internal memory like data files , music and videos to my SD card . Please Thanks!

Music and videos are easy: any file explorer app (e.g. ES File Explorer) can be used to move these to SD.

Apps and app data you cannot move.
