transferring info

so i just got my replacement phone in the mail to day and i put the sim card in the new one and got it activated, well little did i realize when i took my mini sd card from the old to the new there was nothing on it, so my question is how do i transfer my music and pics from the old phone to the new one ?

Using a file manger (Files?) you could copy them onto the SD card on your old phone and then install that card into your new phone.
