Root Tricking Google Play Store

I have a custom screen resolution, and it's causing havoc in the Play Store. I'm getting "Incompatible with your device" with many apps. A workaround is to change back to default resolution, clear Play's data, reboot a couple of times, and then Play starts acting nice.

But that's very time consuming.

Is there a way I can fake my data to Google Play and make it think I always have default resolution?
