Root Trying to unbrick phone, help please?

I just rooted my one v a few days ago and originally flashed myOne ROM which ran fine other than the wifi not working. Yesterday I tried flashing the Pacman ROM and it was stuck in a boot loop, tried re clearing everything with no luck. So then I tried the xtremeSense v5 ROM and the same thing stuck in a boot loop.

I'm trying to start over and reflash the stock ROM. But when I tried to restore on CWM, i get an MD% mismatch. I mount the SD card and open the folder for the backup and theres no MD5 folder.

I'm attempting to fix that following this guide the 1st (Good) part
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1835914

I am able to get to the cmd window and entering adb shell, then when I try to enter the following syntax

cd /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/2013-04-24.01.37.06

and

cd /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/2013-04-24.01.37.06/md5sum*img>nandroid.md5

neither of them are getting me anywhere

and now after closing and trying again after putting in adb shell, i get

C:\ONE V\ADB>adb shell
adb server is out of date. killing...
* daemon started successfully *
error: device not found

C:\ONE V\ADB>

any help would be appreciated, before i break this phone
