Help Uninstall a downloaded programme

I have HTC Desire Z with Android version 2.3.3.I have downloaded a programe Notes Traveler (it is a mobile version of Lotus Notes supplied by IBM. I want to unistall the programme, to be reloaded since it is not allowing syncing of mails as and when requested.

Go to Apps, tap on the menu button and select Remove app. Find the app you want removed, tap on it and select Uninstall.
