Help unplaging the headphones fix?

is there a fix to the problem where you unplug the headphones and the phone starts to play music?

it is very bloody annoying, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Removing the original music app and using some third-party instead (I found Astro Player to be my favorite) is the best work-around.

how can I remove the music player? it is part of the system.

EDIT: I havent tried deleting these 2 filles yet but from the looks of it the other users say it does not help

yep, just as I feared it did not help, the music just starts with the new player that I installed over the original

EDIT: I uninstalled other 3d party players and installed Meridian player and it seems to have fixed the problem
