I am in search of which ROM or how to that allow update Profile/PRL for the Triumph.

The PRL (nothing to do with profiles) only takes effect when you're not in your home area, If you never travel it won't make any difference. If you do, check with your provider for the update code (Verizon is *228).

The Prefered Roaming List can't help as you don't roam on VM.
