Update... Still 5.0.2

I just installed the software update (AT&T) that I've been patiently waiting for and see that I'm still on 5.0.2. Shouldn't it be 5.1.1. (I think that's what it is) now?
Thank you.

Unfortunately, since you downloaded that particular AT&T update, your phone will not be eligible for any more lollipop downloads. This is because you had already installed stagefright detector. This restriction only applies to phones with your unique serial number that have done the aforementioned steps. Sorry about that.
That's alright. I understand 5.1.1 has its problems anyways. And my phone works great just the way it is.
Thank you.

Im not sure where, in that thread, applies to my situation.
After googling stagefright I installed stagefright detector and it says my device is not vulnerable to stagefright virus.
That thread explained the Stagefright issue, I thought that was the question.

If you're not vulnerable to the Stagefright exploit it's because you just got an update to fix it.

Dumb me not reading the thread thoroughly including clicking on and reading the links.
I got it now. Thank you

Welcome, meh, no big deal - just wanted to help. :)

I hate that in six years on Android I've had to visit forums and blogs to try to guess what the latest update has.

They make these things called links. They could just say -

"Update ABC, size XYZ MB, full details at linky - Yes/No?"

But no, that would make too much sense so here we are.
