Can I just update my zmax while.on stock metro rooted rom with twrp or do i need to go back to complete stock every thing?

Root Updating while on rooted stock rom?

You do realize the stock ROMs on my thread update your phone to b13(metro stock) or b33(T-Mobile stock) right? All you gotta do is flash the stock ROM and your phone is already updated. Unless there is a new update I haven't heard of yet?
