Help Uploading photos to Facebook quality degrades?!?

Hi guys,

I'm just here to ask if there is anyway to keep the quality of the photo I take when it's shared on Facebook? All of my camera settings are set to the maximum. The quality of the photos are perfect on the phone and on PC, but on Facebook they're grainy and have lines, just poor quality.

Any help please, if any lol ?

I would take all images from phone and upload from computer as when uploading to Facebook it asks if you would like the photos to be In high quality
