Root [URGENT!] Battery drain is HUGE

Hi everyone!

I'm having huge battery drain on my Optimus x2/2x P990, and I mean HUGE!
Just charged it to 100%, in 25 min it had dropped to 80%.
Rebooted the phone and when it was up and running again, I had only 31% left!
It's also pretty warm around the camera and on the screen. Not the battery though.

Been struggling with this for days now!

I think it all started when I installed Nova HD Plus (based on a KANG BUILD of CM9). It an smooth and everything but I wanted the stock Lg Keyboard, so i flashed my backup again and went back to stock rom v20L. Then it began to drain as hell!

After this I have flashed it in several roms and several basebands and even RIL's. Nothing seems to help?

Also, I have tried three different batteries and two different chargers + PC usb.

I have tried a bunch of things to see whats draining, without results:

Airplane mode
SIM removed
External SD removed
Wifi on/off
GPS on/off

All "battery killing" settings are of course off (GPS, Background data and Sync etc)
Because I've tried so many ROM's and BB's without change I'm wondering what possible could cause these problems.
Hardware fault?
I have used ROM Manager, FlashTool and NVFlash for different roms and BB's.

One strange thing is in "Settings>Program>Active Services>All" I've got two different "Camera", one with stock icon and one that looks like CM version. I also have three different "Calendar", three "Contacts", three "Music", two "Car Home", two "SMS/Messages", two "FM Radio", two "E-mail", two "Notes" and two "Bluetooth Sharing".
???

As u may see, I'm not a guy with the thumb in the middle of the hand so I think I've done almost everything..
Anyone familiar with this strange behavior?
I'm ripping my hair off!

Sounds like hardware to me.
Try flashing stock image again wiping everything and when at full charge wipe battery stats.
 
Flashing stock rom v20L atm. Did the battery stats thing on current miui rom but it didnt help on that one... Fingers crossed that it will work on stock one, probably not..

Any other suggestions if this doesn't work??
Throw it in the river?

Okay, didn't help.. As suspected.. Now it is as stock as it could be, updated through LG Update Software. Is there someway they could know that the phone has been rooted etc?

Other phones have flash counters, read somewhere that the optimus 3d hasn't. How about 2x? Anyone know this?
Seen jig's to reset the counter for samsung, for example.
 
Got my phone back today!
No one mentioned anything about rooting etc =)...

They replaced a circuit board! That explains it!
Hopefully someone else with the same problem stumbles upon this thread =)..
