Root Velocity 1.1 MeizuM9 theme

Has anyone used the MeizuM9 theme with a live wallpaper? Have you noticed that the notification bar is slightly transparent? It only works with a live wallpaper though, the bar is black with a static wallpaper. And yes, I mean the notification BAR, not the notification DROPDOWN. I dont know if this would be considered a Velocity 1.1 easter egg, or just an interesting find? Either way, I think it's cool. I'll post screenshoths in a bit so you guys can see for yourselves without having to change your theme around or anything.

I don't to much like live wallpapers normally, so this is accomplished using the MultiPicture Live Wallpaper app.

Also, it shows up on the lockscreen. Though I'm not sure if it's due to the live wallpaper thing, or not. I'll do some testing and find out.
Edit: The transparency on the lockscreen has nothing to do with the live wallpaper, however it could be due to the fact that I'm using widgetlocker for a lock screen. Off to test it.
Edit2: It is not due to widget locker either. So with stock lockscreen, and static wallpaper, the notification bar is transparent on the MeizuM9 theme.

Just thought I'd put this info out there. :)
 
Not on subject at all, but how did you change the bottom bar? Where the phone icon, gmail icon e.t.c are? I see this a lot and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change it. I've still got the stand phone on left browser on right home middle setup

Get LauncherPro, then long press on the icons at the bottom to change your shortcuts.

Or pretty much any other launcher.
 
Just so you know... The transparent bar is part of the Meizu M9 theme. It works with any wallpaper on the stock launcher. For some reason, its not working on 3rd party ones.

I made the theme and it has nothing do with what type of wallpaper you use, its the settings of whatever launcher you are using. In ADW/EX there is a wallpaper hack option in the settings, if you toggle it the bar will be semitransparent with whatever wallpaper you use. LauncherPro does not have this feature and maybe thats why it only works with live wallpapers.

Use ADW and you can use whatever wallpaper you desire. Its not an easter egg, launcherpro just sucks.
