[Verizon] Galaxy Nexus won't boot

I was using my Galaxy Nexus SCH-i515 and the screen wen't black and it wouldn't turn back on bought a new battery and tried to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on, my computer wouldn't recognize it either.
I need help booting it please.

If it's not turning on at all, there are two possibilities, a bad power switch or a bad motherboard. In either case you'll have to bring it to a repair shop.

(And never just plug in a new battery and try to use it. ALWAYS at least fully charge it first, if you're not going to fully condition it [3 full charge and 3 full discharge cycles].)

Hey nick, sorry I'm late to this but welcome to the site :hello:

Rukbat has a point. Did you fully charge the battery first before trying to power your phone on? That could have something to do with your problem.

Is there any vibration at all like when you plug it into the computer. Typically a phone vibrates a little bit to let you know it's plugged in, even if it's just in charging mode.

Hope for the best, and welcome to the site :)
