I'm feeling left out because it seems like I'm the only "regular" not running AOKP :(

So I figured I see if there were any other Gummy fans....

I ran it this weekend and did not care for it. Some quirks to it, battery life was just ok. Biggest problem/concern I had was data drops, and I mean frequent data drops. No other rom has done that to me.

So basically, no more gummy nex for me.

I'm running Gummy and it seems fine to me. My battery life improved and it seems smooth. Don't post much but have had and rooted both the Original Droid and the Droid X as well as my XOOM (where I run the CM9 KANG).

Gummy Nex all the way here! My brother tried open kang because it had the most replies on rootwiki... After seeing it and using it, he switched to Gummy after 2 days. Only thing we liked about Kang is Nova, so we just installed it ourselves on Gummy. His battery life was horrible on Kang too. Gummy was the first and only ROM I have used since rooting.. I look around all the time and no other ROM's even tempt me to switch.

I have been using Gummy 0.6.5 since day one(got it last week) of my Galaxy Nexus. I tried AOKP last night ahhhh not for me, though rom control was cool and all but I'll(opinion people don't have a fit) pass. Gummy is mad fluid, smooth transitions, good speed even on stock frequencies. I just enjoyed the overall feel and I am a known flash-a-holic but, I haven't wanted to change. The only reason I tried AKOP is for the same reason you wrote this post it doesn't get the love it so rightly deserves.

Used it when I first rooted until 0.5.0, I'm tempted to go back just for the Black Exodus theme, but CNA is so freaking smooth and feature packed, I don't think I can make myself.

Thanks for posting that. I am going to download and flash this rom today.

Have you tried Redemption? Its not as feature packed but its the fastest and smoothest rom I've flashed yet!

I think I'm sticking with Gummy for awhile, I get tired of "re-linking" my google wallet every time I try a new ROM :(

Using Gummy here since 0.5.6. Best battery life I've ever gotten was just after flashing 0.6.5 which has imo's leankernel 1.5, but after the first two days my phone has only been getting average battery life. I've tried almost every major rom and might go back to CNA. Gotta say I miss droidth3ory's roms though.

Was thinking of trying this out again.

Have any of you had data drops on this rom? I had significant drops on this and apex, weird.
