[Verizon] samsung galaxy nexus bootloader frozen HELP PLEASE

I have a samsung galaxy nexus. Lock mode is unlocked an its a unlocked phone. I bought it like it. Recentallt my phone been kept restarting on its own but now when i turn on phone it automatically goes to bootloader an freeze. The buttons dont work to swit h through options and the power button doesnt work. Sometimes i get it to boot to safe mode. But it wont go back to regular mode. Please help thank you!

Who is your carrier? If we knew that we could move your thread to the correct all things root sub-forum dedicated to your phone (there are three possibilities).

You might also want to try resetting your device. It sounds like you are just having some bugs, a reset might fix these.

Just understand that this will delete everything you have so back your information up :)
 
I think its i515 one. And i cant reset my device when i turn on phon goes straight to bootloadet an then nothing works cant toggle options with volume and cant use power button to select like its frozen i dont know what to do
 
Okay that's the Verizon version of the device. I am going to move this to the correct Root forum for the GNex. However, when you reboot the device from the boot loader does it stall at all in the "Google" screen, or does it just go straight into the bootloader.

It seems that there might not be any thing for the phone to boot up into.
 
i can sometimes boot it up but automatically goes to safe mode and ive tried everything to get out of it. please help?
 
i cant choose any of the options i cant even toggle through them or press the power button to select one. i cant even turn off. i have to take out battery to turn off phone. i dont know what happened

Let me try and wrap my head around this. So you boot the device up, it goes straight to the bootloader and the volume rockers aren't allowing you to navigate through the screens?
 
Yes and the power button doesnt work either. first option is start i click power button doesnt work either. so im like frozen in bootloader

Hmm, either frozen or your buttons don't work.

Have you tried connecting it to your computer? Does you computer see the device at all?
 
yes computer sees debice . but like i said sometimes it boots up and goes straight to safe mode and i cant get rid of it then my buttons work though. so my bootloader doesnt work.

If you could get access to fastboot then we could flash a the stock files back on your device.
 
Sorry to take so long to respond back. But basically what we need to do is try and set up a connection with your device. The best way to do this is follow some of the guides on Wuggs Nexus Root Toolkit. Hopefully you have downloaded it.

You need to follow the instructions on checking to see if your device has fastboot on it. If it does then we can push files to your device.
