[Verizon] Stock, non-rooted ROM?

Anyone know where I can get this? I got a new phone and am giving my Nexus to my 13 yr old son. I'd rather not give him a rooted ROM with ROM Manager, etc. since he really doesn't need it and I'd rather not risk him doing something within ROM Manager that would cause me to have to re-install it again.

I found one that's got root with ROM Manager built-in but I'm looking for the latest stock ROM without it.

IMBW but I think Wugs Tool kit has unroot, relock, and return to stock option.
