[Verizon] SuperSU error.

I was just rooted and now all of a sudden I lost root and get this message from SuperSU AGAIN.

NOTE: If you just upgraded to Android 4.3, you need to manually re-root, as just updating the app may not suffice.

What does manually re root mean?

it does not come rooted (says it in the directions ;))
i don't think wugs toolkit works well on custom roms

follow the directions in the post exactly and you shouldnt have a problem... or try another ROM that has root built in like Paranoid android, Cyanogen, Carbon Rom ect...:)

also doesnt look like that rom receives much support (thread hasnt been posted in, in a long time, and the ROM hasnt been changed/fixed since August...better off sticking with the more popular roms :)
 
At this point, I really can't offer much else (getting out of my league).
My only suggestion is, if you can, use Wugs, unroot, go back to stock and start over.

Yes I am using that ROM, guess that is the problem and why error with root, it has also crippled my Wi-Fi, can u please post a link to a rooted 4.3 ROM that would work?
 
Also the WugFresh back to stock does not work, keeps saying the script will not continue.

again, very important to follow the directions EXACTLY:)

I will try that ROM but I recently went back to stock image of 4.2.2, trying to root but keep getting an error with the toolkit that says fastboot not found and I have all the drivers installed and in device manager it says samsung galaxy nexus bootloader interface. And still getting the SU binary error.
 
Okay if you are using Wugs Root Toolkit something to keep in mind is that you need to make sure to choose permanent recovery, not just flash the temporary one, because if you do as soon as you reboot the device it will unroot itself again, and you won't be able to access SuperSU
