Video issue

Hi All,

I have recently saved all my video footage to my PC from my One X+

Oddly, some videos only have sound and no image once transferred to my PC. Some were taken at the same time and no changes were made to my recording settings.
They all play fine on my phone.

Any ideas?

You probably need to update the codec files on your computer. Which video player do you use on the computer?

Hi, I use windows media player on Windows 7. Some of the videos play fine, it's just the odd one or two.
