Help Video Recording

I really like the new kitkat icon camera, so I decided to install it. But I can't record any videos. Surprisingly, I can't record videos from any third party camera, only with stock Samsung camera, is there any reason why this happens, and can this be fix?

Many camera apps are photo only, there's no code in them to record videos.

Thank you for your response, but I know that these apps have a code for taking videos because that work perfectly on my other devices. Third-Party camera's just don't record, they freeze when I press the record key.

Try snap camera that's what I'm using...

Edit..snap doesn't allow you to record on the rush either
