Received a replacement Triumph back on March and activate it and ship it back. About a month a ago, received a call from VM about if i've shipped out the broken device because they never received it. I toll yes, and they will process.

Last 2 weeks, I received more 6 different txt ask if I don't return the device and will they will suspend my account. I called for complaint about that text. They opened a case, escalated and call back and said, it should not more text further they found my device. I asked for confirmation # and name of person.

Yesterday, My triumph charger port not charge and connect to PC not device. I called if I quality for replacement phone? They said yes, on the way they process they ask if I return my broken device last time. I provided they comfirmation # and they person's name found my device and they said not in record.

Now, my case still in pending.. about 3 month. I request that tracking # on the prepaid envelope at my local postal office and they said no way to track that. Now, no way to remember that tracking # since more then 4 months ago.

Now, anyone have any advice beside buy another Triumph from ebay?? I sick of the triumph now on multiple problems given, but no another device I can replace with 4" screen on my $25 plan. Hoo....:rolleyes:

I had the same problem when I got not one, but two replacement phones back-to-back at the beginning of this year- I shipped the first replacement phone back as soon as I got the second one- and a few weeks later, they sent me a letter saying they never received it.
Luckily, I had the transaction number written down (which MUST be written on the return envelope), and after a few back-and-forth calls and transfers, they realized they had it all along.

I bet your problem still not fix. Same problem, after back and forth calls, they told they received my broken device and gave me the confirmation #. Now, they keep say, they can find my device when i request for a replacement. Even i gave them that confirmation #.
