Root Virtual Keyboard Size Customization (Xperia Mini, Cm10)

Hi,

I've installed CM10 on my Xperia Mini. I'd like to increase the height of the virtual keyboard when the phone is in horizontal position (90 or 270 degrees). Keyboard is too low for Xperia Mini. Is there any XML/CSS or some config file on the filesystem where I can configure and customize default Android on-screen keyboard? Is it possible? I prefer to not install 3rd party keyboard.
