volume is too low

Is there a way to increase the volume on a non-rooted infinity?
Either via a video player, app or equalizer?

The volume is generally set by the amount of power the speaker driver on the motherboard (a piece of hardware) can produce. You might be able to increase the volume a bit (with software) at the expense of bad distortion, but I don't think that's what you want.
