As the topic states my Huawei Ascend P7 fell in water and after about 4 days of sitting in rice I charged it and once i began charging it it came up on the Android System Recover <3e> screen.
Since then I can scroll down but not up. I also intermittently am able to use the power button to select an option or turn off the phone but this occurs rarely.
What would be my best course of action at this time and do you think that it will ever work again?
