I have a Galaxy Note 8.0 that I am attempting to connect to my work's VPN. I set it up for IPSec Xauth PSK and input the server address, IPSec identifier, and the PSK. It works fine when connected to our company's WiFi, but from any other hotspot outside of the company it won't connect. I am using the same server IP that our laptops use and I do have it set up on my iPhone with the same info as well (and it works fine anywhere). Is there something I'm missing??
