So my phone has seemed to stopped doing playstore Carrier billing. I'm stock non rooted, I'm not sure if it was the last update to the playstore that broke it. sufficed to say VZW and google can't seem to figure why it is not working. It is saying I'm not provisioned for carrier billing. Even though I should be. I have not come close to the limit. It just stopped over night about a week ago. Anyone else on a vzw g2 experiencing issues with Carrier billing? I know it's not my account since my wife's note 3 is fine. So My next step is to try a FDR, not sure if that will even work but nothing else has seemed to work.
