Root Warm 2.2 - Can't get visual voicemail

So I flashed Warm 2.2 RLS1 2/23/2011 and I love everything about it, except I can't get visual voicemail to work. I can't find the icon, and when I installed the .apk file that was suggested it would tell me that visual voicemail was already installed on my phone and my only option was to uninstall it. It's the only thing that isn't working for me, but is a deal breaker.

Find the following line in your /system/build.prop and change it from true to false then reboot

ro.HorizontalVVM = false

Then try the download from the market again

OK. Now that it's working, how do I get the visual voicemail widget? I'd like to have the unread count.
