I have ideas that could save loads of returns, bricks and a more stream lined user experience! But what do I know (Shruggs).

Well, I'm firmly blaming Verizon for the whole data drop issue. Every 4G phone either has it or has had it. Their network simply wasn't ready and I feel like we were the beta testers.

I also don't like they turned the loyalty discount to a loyalty fee. If they want to get rid of the discount fine, I'd prefer to have it, but I'm not entitled to one, but why charge me $30 more than a new customers. Seems they don't want customers to stay with them after 2 years.

I would like to know if they made a strictly stock ICS if we had it by now and if this delay is for Verizon to pack the OS with all their bloatware. The bloatware is another reason I am seriously consdering leaving them next year.

Honestly,with the new share everything plans and doing away with new every two and the upgrade fees, you would think they could do one good thing for the customer and get rid of the bloat. Apple made them not put it on iPhone, I'm no Apple fan but hopefully now that Motorola is owned by Google they are in a better position to say enough.
 
Came across that article earlier tonight. Makes me feel better but as others have said, I'll believe it when I see some action. It's no secret that Bionic owners got screwed but it's nice to hear someone from Moto acknowledge it.

I wish we could have some more transparency as far as which faults lie with Moto and which with Verizon. I'm also considering leaving Verizon when my contract is up and possibly not buying any other Moto devices any time soon. I wish I knew for sure who to really be mad at. Although aside from specific Bionic/ICS issues, Verizon is doing other things that no longer make me want to be a customer, so I'll probably leave them regardless. Whether or not I need to hate Moto for the rest of my life remains to be seen. I think I will likely stick with Nexus devices from now on.

Yeah, the share plans are just, well, I don't know how to describe them. I mean they are so obviously and blatantly more expensive that it's like Verizon is trying to insult our intelligence by even suggesting it's somehow a money saver.

I am very much in agreement with you that I hope Google pushes back against uninstallable bloatware. I don't mind the carrier preinstalling some apps in an effort to get their customers to try them, but let them be uninstallable, make it so they aren't required to be installed for OTA updates and don't hold back OS upgrades because of them.
