What Case Works With Smart Tags?

Hi all
I did look through the forums but didn't find any similar threads.
I'm in the process of setting up my smart tags (Xperia S), but I have noticed that the tags don't work if you have the phone in any of the case's that I have used sofar, I have tried the flip case and the gel case.
Has anyone found a case for the xperia S that can be used with smart tags?
I have tried making a whole in the back of the flip case but still no good.

Well, this is a new one on me, I never realised they don't work with cases seeing as they work on NFC ( Near Field Communication ) So i assumed with it being Near, that it would work.

I'm currently flashing a ROM atm, I'll put a case on and try it out.

I've tested an Xperia V which should have the same/similar NFC Chip with both Mifare Classic and NTAG203 tags with a soft gel case and they work.

Are you sure it's not a problem or a quirk with the smart tags?
