What the heck did I just update & where do I go for instructions on how to use it?

I did the update a few days ago and I feel like I have a new phone, but don't have a manual to help me use it. Problems I have:

• I can't figure out how to work voice to text now
• I can't figure out how to attach a picture to a text message
• Low on Volume Space is on all the time now, and though I never had a problem before the update, I have deleted like crazy and it won't go away
• General frustration at figuring out how to do things

So what do I do? :'(
