Root What to delete from SD card???

Trying to free some room on my SD card, I have a bunch of backups in Clockword and TI backup should I delete old ones and what else could I delete?

You delete anything you find in:
/sdcard/download
/sdcard/LOST.DIR
/system/lost+found
/sdcard/clockworkmod/download
/sdcard/clockworkmod/backup (easier to delete from RM's "manage and restore")

Where did you copy stuff to flash (rom's, mods, apps)?

Can you delete pics you took from Gallery?

It would seem simpler to say you can delete everything from the SD card and still have function of the device. The only issue is; you'll lose stuff you might want.
So.... what to do?
Make a copy of your SD card on your computer, make sure it's a good copy, and then format the SD card.
After that, you can copy the stuff back on to the SD card from the computer that you want to keep.
Done.
Your device will automatically copy directories it needs once the SD card is inserted and mounted. I have done this several times and it works without fail. Sometimes it even fixes problems I've had with software conflicts.

thats why i said to copy the entire thing to the computer, that way, you lose nothing and you can pick and choose what you want to put back on it.

Don't even try to selectively delete. Do as suggested here - it's what I eventually learned on the Incredible.

Copy the entire card onto your computer's hard disk, make sure it's ok, format the SD card, and selectively put back what you need.

You won't regret it.

Thanks guys, after I posted this I got to thinking about how many photos I had, 584 so I knocked all the BS ones down which left about 100 and I cleaned out a lot of old back ups and ROMS that I was not using anymore. Cleaned out 8G of room on the card! Sorry I ddi not check back sooner had to leave and go out of town.
