As the answer to a question like this always is, it will come when it's ready and Verizon is ready to have it pushed. Trust me, within hours of a soak test invitation going out, the news will hit the usual sites. The only people who know the timing are unwilling or unable to answer.
I think that bug fix update that Thom references shows that Verizon cares more about Advanced Calling on the phone right now rather than Lollipop. They did something similar with the Droid Maxx/Ultra/Mini last May - Motorola was working on a 4.4.2 update when Verizon instead had them push out a very minor update that IIRC affected roaming to people who traveled to specific areas in Canada - it can't have affected very many people compared with the bugs on the 4.4 update that was on the phone at the time. So, it seems that network performance is more important to Verizon than the latest Android version. Maybe that's the right idea anyway?
