Where's the Camera Shortcut option?

I gather that I can set Camera Shortcut in my Lock Screen settings so that I can use the camera without unlocking it. However, that option doesn't seem to be available.

Go to:
Settings->Lock Screen-> check the 'Camera shortcut' check box.

As I said in my original post, that option isn't displayed in the Lock Screen.
