Help Wifi error, can't obtain ip adress s6 edge 5.1.1

Recently i rooted my Galaxy S6 edge and turn my phone into a brick (failed root). I try to fix the brick using smart switch, samsung pc app (emergency recovery). My phone turned from G925FXXUBOFJ to BOGG, and the wifi cant connect, i already try using static ip in advance setting, it connected but provide no internet connection. Seems like there is no problem with the router, because all other device connected fine. I also already tried to factory reset and wipe cache and update the device (now the baseband G925FXXU2COH2).

I already did, i think the problem is the phone it self, because it can't connect to all other wifi network.

try factory reseting it and flashing stock firmware again and see if it helps.
