Help Will upgrading from Launcher Pro to Launcher Pro plus lose custom desktop icons, etc.?

I'm wondering if you upgrade from Launcher Pro to Launcher Pro plus, will lose all your desktop icons, wallpaper, etc. Mine are custom and I don't want to have to recreate all my work.
