Those hoping that the Xiaomi VR headset would be Daydream-certified will be disappointed to learn that it's nothing more than a fancy version of Google Cardboard built from Lycra with a front panel held in place with a zipper which allows the headset to support devices with displays ranging from 4.7-5.7 inches. The Xiaomi VR headset is officially listed on Xiaomi's site, but no details are given regarding price and availability.
