Help Your current location is temporarily unavailable, Atrix 4G (MB860)

Dear Madam/Sir,
Hello,
I buy a new Atrix 4G MB860 Unlocked 3G, from Amazon.com, but GPS not work, for example when I try google-maps, show me:
"Your current location is temporarily unavailable"

Note: I turned-on the GPS in location&security
Android Version: 2.3.4

I try Navfree and Sygic, have same problem.

What can I do?

(please remove '[]' to get the l!nk above.
Rarely GPS works and mainly not works, as people have the same problem in the l!nk above that you send.
What is you suggestion, as in the l!nk there is no solution is provided?
I calibrate compas, it cause rarely fixs in GPS functionality(1/100)!
