Root Youtube suddenly not working on Xperion rom

Satires

I have two metro pcs lg f6's, one is mine, the other is wife's, both running Xperion and both are wifi only (We're no longer with metro).

That said...

Our roku, two republic wireless phones (On wifi), my macbook pro running Ubuntu and my daughters Newer lg on wifi all play youtube without issue.

Here's the kicker, youtube will not work with either dolphin browser on our f6 lg's! The app and the browsers load up just fine and can search videos, but if I try to play one it just keeps that circle symbol running forever.

I took my lg f6 and reflashed a fresh copy of Xperion through TWRP, no dice...

I cleared all the caches and even went to the old version of youtube that came with Xperion, No dice...

I don't have (Nor do I want) a Windows pc.

Any ideas???

I just pulled my old f6 running latest xperion out of the drawer and fired it up and played youtube videos just fine (latest youtube app).

Make sure you're not running some other app that may interfere with youtube. Like ad-blockers, task killers, xposed module, or battery saver. If you're running any special settings on your wifi router it may be worth looking at. Other than that I can't think of any reason for you to be having this issue.

Thanks for the reply, Love your rom! :) All I did was a fresh install of Xperion latest version to try and start fresh. Soon as the install was done, I signed in on my wifi, no special settings, fired up youtube, still nothing. Updated youtube, still nothing. Keep in mind, I'm running a fresh copy of Xperion, so what ever the default apps and settings come with Xperion, that's what I have. Every device in the house works without issue. I thought maybe of changing the dns setting from comcast to google, but that would't appear to help since all the other devices work fine.

It'll probably work itself out, comcast and google has been kinda wonky for the past couple of weeks.

Thanks for a great rom. :)
