Whoa... I gotta run outside and test this out.. Im sitting in a building with thick walls here in Hialeah, Medley, actually. Maybe Ill check it out later on the turnpike on my way home from work ! super excited...

Was by Jackson Memorial Hospital on Sunday, and I was on a 4G connection for the 3 hours while I was there.

I ran Speedtest on my EVO, and got 4.75Mbps Down, 0.36Mbps Up, and was able to surf to CNN while on a call.

Man I can't wait till this gets fully rolled out.

I was getting connected to 4G yesterday in Coral Gables, one bar and the internet was very fast. I haven't tried today, but will try again when I get home.

Today I was on university Dr and Sheridan st I got a 4g full signal speed tested on speakeasy and put down 8.1 down .96 up HTC evo

Started a thread on it yesterday from my Evo at work. I had 4G all day today but not at the speeds I had yesterday. I was clocking above 6Mbps down yesterday with only 1 bar, but my highest today was around 5Mbps but mostly between 2 and 3Mbps. I get better reception in my office than outside but then my office has two walls of glass so maybe that is the reason.

I was in the South Miami area yesterday but I forgot to check and see if 4G was available. Nothing in Palmetto Bay or Cutler Bay yet.

I have started receiving a 4g in Pines again. I even got connected to the Sprint network for the first time, but get disconnected immediately

New York 8/18/10. For the first time I noticed that my EVO showed 4G. It was at 9:25 PM. I came to NYC via GWB, and proceeded North on Broadway, when I saw 4G on my EVO. Stopped the car and tested the speed. It registered 2.83 Mbps upload. I didn’t test download speed. Approx. 20 blocks further North at my friend’s apartment, EVO switched to 3G.

I've been noticing 4G in more places than the last time I was in the NYC area. I was able to get a 4G signal at LGA last week, and it was not there July 4th weekend. It was also along most of the Grand Central Parkway and the Van Wyck. Some cell sites around JFK, up to the Nassau/Queens border look to have had wimax installed, but they are not turned on yet. Buildout of the network stopped at the nassau border.
