I'll probably call in per Chiefs recommendation.
Every 4G phone I have gotten from Verizon has required me to call in. The OTA has never worked right. Even the Verizon store I went to when I reactivated my Rezound had to call in to the call center...

	
  I've been in another release thread with the Chief and trust his guidance.  It may turn out to be unnecessary but in my mind... better safe than sorry.
